Revolutionalizing Homeless Crisis Love On Dish The Blue Movement Spark Blue

At the core of our ministry, all who are involved—regardless of how they’ve come to us—share two essential values: a heartfelt commitment to sharing God’s unconditional love, and a passionate drive to bring about lasting change in response to the homelessness crisis. Our aim is not merely to assist those in need temporarily, but to revolutionize the entire landscape of how we care for the unhoused and underserved.

Our approach is both intentional and distinct. First, we focus on identifying and addressing the root causes of homelessness, rather than simply responding to its symptoms. Second, we rely not on conventional systems, but on what we refer to as Kingdom math—a principle of faith-based generosity and divine provision.

We hold firmly to the belief that generosity must begin with the heart, not the wallet. In alignment with this principle, we practice and promote a model of giving that reflects Proverbs 11:24–25:

“Give freely and become more wealthy; be stingy and lose everything. The generous will prosper; those who refresh others will themselves be refreshed.”

Over the past seven years, our team has spent extensive time serving those living on the streets, listening to their stories, and engaging in dialogue with leaders of other nonprofit organizations. Through these conversations and experiences, God revealed to us a significant gap in the system—an area where many existing services fail to provide sustainable, long-term solutions.

In response to this revelation, and through the guidance of the Holy Spirit, Walk By Faith developed a new initiative: Adopt a Soul Transitional Housing. This program is specifically designed to bridge the identified gap by offering a structured, faith-based pathway that not only supports individuals in crisis but also equips them for long-term success and stability through a self-sustaining ecosystem.

We believe this is a God-given blueprint for meaningful, transformative change. As we continue this journey, we invite you to join us—whether through partnership, prayer, service, or support. Together, with God’s guidance, we can make a lasting impact and restore hope, dignity, and opportunity to those who need it most.

The word Ohana is more than just a word to our Ministry. It originates from values that are taught from a very young age. In the Hawaiian Culture, we have a simple rule. We are taught to open our arms, open up our homes without any judgment and accept you as our very own. In addition, our ohana is Spiritually aligned with Love for our Christian Brother and Sister on the streets.
